Meet The Mises

Ludwig Von Mises is a man I discovered quite by accident my sophomore year of college.
Being a young Liberal Arts major full of idealism, and woefully misinformed about the world, I jumped on his book based solely on the title. Socialism.
What I received was an epiphany that shattered my smug assumptions of the world and society.
By the way, Nowhere in my government or economics classes in high school was the name of Mises even brought up. Which helps to illustrate the pathetic state of public education.
It was only recently that I was reminded of Mises and his book, which I feel is as important in America today as it was in Austria in the 20’s.
So, as I prepare to reacquaint myself with this brilliant book I invite you to watch an excellent biography on the fascinating life of a man I deeply respect.
